Electoral Roll

Being on the Electoral Roll is a way of saying ‘I belong’ — it’s an act of commitment to the local church and to the Church as a whole. A parish's Electoral Roll membership also contributes to the way in which parishes are allocated clergy and can be taken into account in Diocesan decisions concerning the future of St Andrew's.

It also enables you to vote at our annual church meeting (the APCM).

To be on our APCM & Electoral roll, you need to:

  • have been a "habitual worshipper" in the parish and have done so for the last six months (or have a reason why you would have been but could not physically attend), and/or be a parish resident;

  • be aged 16 or older;

  • have been baptised.

To join, fill in the online form linked here, or download printable the form here and give it to a sidesperson, Churchwarden (Malcolm Nicholls or Natalie Sawer) or the Electoral Roll Officer (Margaret Walker). Forms are also available in church.

To enrol on the Electoral Roll, you must return your form by Sunday 19th April 2026.
