NOTICES :

1.  WELCOME TO GUESTS AND VISITORS.  You are invited to come to the altar rail at Communion time and to receive the Priest’s Blessing even if you have not been confirmed.  Just join in with everyone else.  We invite young children to join us there also and to receive God’s blessing.  Our crèche and Young Church are operating during the 10 am service AND we have toys and play-mats set out in the Church Room for babies and the very-young.  Help yourself!

2.  WE INVITE VISITORS AND GUESTS IN THE CONGREGATION TO THE CHURCH ROOM FOR REFRESHMENTS after the 10 am Sunday service.

3.  The Daily Office of the Church is said Monday-Friday in St Andrew’s Church.  All are welcome to come and join in this prayer every day.

Morning Prayer is at 8:30 am
Evening Prayer is at 5:00 pm (but not held on Fridays)

4.  Lent Appeal –
Dduring Lent we have been supporting Oxfam’s work in Syria and amongst the Syrian refugees. The basket will remain until Sunday 27th April, to allow any remaining donations to be made.  Boxes should be returned by then.

5.  A.P.C.M. – the annual church meeting will be held on Sunday 27th April, starting at 11.45 am.

7.  Ideas for music at St. Andrew's :
The musical life at St Andrew's Church is embarking on an exciting new phase. We are looking for singers and musicians of all ages, who would like to be part of our new plans.
Under the leadership of Richard Bennett, the Director of Music at St. Andrew's, we are looking to set up 4 new groups :
A Youth Choir
A Church Choir
The St Andrew's Singers
The St Andrew's Players

8. Community Food Bank -  Boxes for your donations are in the church room foyer, and lists of what is needed are on display.
