1.  WELCOME TO GUESTS AND VISITORS.  You are invited to come to the altar rail at Communion time and to receive the Priest’s Blessing even if you have not been confirmed.  Just join in with everyone else.  We invite young children to join us there also and to receive God’s blessing.  Our crèche and Young Church are operating during the 10 am service AND we have toys and play-mats set out in the Church Room for babies and the very-young.  Help yourself!

3.  The Daily Office of the Church is said Monday-Friday in St Andrew’s Church.  All are welcome to come and join in this prayer every day.

Morning Prayer is at 8:30 am
Evening Prayer is at 5:00 pm (but not held on Fridays).

4.  Tea on Monday - The next meetings are on 27th July, 10th August and 24th August.  We meet in the Church Room from 3:00 - 4:30 pm. Everyone is welcome to this social gathering whose aim is to support the more isolated in our community.

5.   Memorial Garden - over the last few months, the PCC has spent some time discussing how the area might be made into a more attractive place of remembrance.  We came to the decision that with a small amount of repairs, improvements and planting, the area could be enhanced and the level of maintenance reduced. If you would like to know more about the project or would like to make a financial contribution towards the work, please do speak to a churchwarden or Father Darren.

6.  Community Foodbank – donations can be placed in the boxes outside the church room. There is a particular need for long life milk, tins of meat and of vegetables (no tomatoes and pulses please), tins of puddings and of fruit, long life fruit juice, sugar, jams and other spreads.

10.  Chamber Music Concert Saturday 6th June at 7.30pm
Poppy Beddoe and friends from The Royal Academy of Music will be performing Mozart’s Clarinet Quintet plus pieces by Brahms, Stravinsky and Messiaen followed by wine in the Church Room. In aid of the Church Music.

11.  St Andrew’s School Summer Fair – 13th June - the church will be having a stall from 12-3pm for biscuit decorating.  We need biscuits and we need volunteers on the day!  Sign-up sheets are on the central table or speak to Helen Small.

12. Churches Together in Headington Fun Day 11th July – please remember to sign up to help on the day with this event.

13.  Community Foodbank – donations can be placed in the boxes outside the church room.
